I start my mornings with the StrengthMD Vanilla protein shake, and it’s honestly become one of my favorite parts of the day. The flavor is rich and perfectly flavorfull— it mixes easily and tastes great on its own or blended with fruit. I love how nourishing it feels without being heavy. The whey and added fiber make it super satisfying and easy on digestion it is nutritious and delicious.
